"Elegant and flawless guitar work throughout, Earth Voyage is an oasis of ambient, easy-listening with light overtones of Latin influences. This disc - with performances by members of the Mexico City Philharmonic - makes perfect background music for a relaxed party or a chilled-out night at home, but it stands tall and strong upon the closest inspection of musicality. The arrangements create a beautiful yet accessible flow that delivers joy and comfort to the highest degree." Lit Monthly Magazine - www.litmonthly.com
"Joseph Sullinger's cultured blend of Latin, classical and nuevo flamenco guitar boldly embrace the essential components of world fusion and transform them into a colorful escape from the ordinary. Intimate guitar rhythms on Earth Voyage reproduce the warm sunny atmosphere and vibrant sound sensations of an extravagant escapade." John P. Olsen - www.newagemusicworld.com
"Earth Voyage is an album of many directions. When I first sampled the project, I found some marvelously exotic and sweet Latin melodies contained in the first three tracks. From there, it was off to adding new age and world journeys to the repertoire, and that all seems to work well in this dance of diversity and culture." "Mr. Sullinger's guitar playing is wonderfully melodic and romantic-sounding. The term 'nimble fingers' has never been more appropriate..." John M. Peters - www.the-borderland.co.uk (read full review here)
"This eclectic world music journey manages to remain involving always. There was obvious intent to maintain a relaxed atmosphere and keep flamenco wildness under control. The overall mood is rather melancholy and peaceful. All along these 10 tracks Joseph Sullinger demonstrates his interesting song writing abilities, his high artistic sensibility and expanded cultural background."

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
After a classical guitar Christmas dinner performance from the balcony.
"Adore is the much awaited album by Joseph Sullinger, it may have been several years since Earth Voyage, but this has been worth the wait. Adore is a smooth delightful companion of compositions, that is both masterfully played and brilliantly produced. As always anything Joseph Sullinger touches turns to musical gold. A guaranteed winner with lovers of the acoustic instrumental genre and those of us who just adore, really good music, played with style and heart."
Simply put, I absolutely ‘adored’ each and every moment of “Adore”, as these elegant compositions softly swept me away to the shores of a Mediterranean paradise. Joseph’s guitar-playing is sophisticated yet perfectly understated within the album’s overall down-to-earth and relaxing context, which is further enhanced by the many light brush strokes of additional colors and textures throughout. Alluringly romantic and beautiful, “Adore” will appeal greatly to those who are particularly fond of classical and Spanish-style guitar music as well as new age world fusion!
"In ‘Adore’ Joseph Sullinger has created a unique blend of classical and romantic guitar, which allows each of the slightly ethereal pieces to flow gently into the soul, in a style that is as timeless and pleasurable as the setting sun in the evening, the rhythmic ebb and flow of the ocean, the all-pervasive knowledge that music is the very essence of life."

Classical Guitar Christmas Shows
Award nominated guitarist and composer Joseph Sullinger began playing guitar at the age of six on a classical guitar he was given by his mother Julia, who was a concert pianist and music teacher. His father Dwight is the principal tuba player for the Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra and teaches music at UNAM (National University of Mexico). Joseph is mainly a self-taught guitarist who reached a high level of performance and composition at a young age. With an interest in rock music, he became a major player in the Dallas Texas music scene and has performed in concert line-ups with numerous international recording artists including Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden and Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath.
In 2006 Joseph relocated from Dallas to Mexico where he began a career of music, teaching classical guitar and performing extensively. In 2008 he signed with Eroica Classical Recordings releasing the album Popular Classical Guitar with music from the Renaissance, Baroque, and Romantic periods, and two original compositions entitled Sailing and Mi Amor. In 2010 he released Classical Guitar Christmas Favorites, followed by the all original album Earth Voyage which was nominated Best World Music Album of 2012, appearing in the ZMR World Top 100 Radio Airplay Chart for 7 months reaching #8. In 2014 he released the album Popular Classical Guitar Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 was released in 2015 as follow up albums to the original Popular Classical Guitar which has become an online streaming hit on radio stations such as Spotify where his recordings have received more than a million streams. Joseph's second all original world fusion album Adore was released in 2016 and was nominated for Best Acoustic Guitar Album in the OWM 2016 Music Awards reaching #11 in the OWM Top 100 Chart and #21 in the ZMR Top 100 Chart.
Joseph's recordings have been used in television programs in Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the USA, most notably in the National Geographic Channel’s series The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Milan.
